Passing of the Storm

Our prayers and support for all who were impacted by Hurricane Sandy. Our wish is that your loved ones, wherever they are, are safe, home and dry.

I want to encourage all of you in the community to begin coming to the center for support, community, friendship and, of course, meditation.  And I want to thank all of you who volunteer, or support us financially, so that our doors can stay open. Thank you!

And thanks to all the new comers. Those visiting Learn To Meditate, The Open House, our new The Arts events and programs or just walking in.  For those of you new to meditation there is a Meditation In Everyday Life course taught by our senior teacher, Shastri Linda Catling with Eric Laufe beginning October 31st. If you’ve never been to one of our classes, or are new to meditation, this is an excellent way to begin. We also have open meditation weekdays at 7-8am and 6-7pm, as well as Sundays 930-1230.
