    Room: Main Shrine Room

All are welcome! The Sakyong composed the Shambhala Sadhana as a way to celebrate and strengthen our understanding of basic goodness and enlightened society. This remarkable practice also serves as a way to bind the Shambhala community in kinship, vision, loyalty, and delight.

A sadhana is a text which we all chant together, with periods of repeating a short phrase quietly. Any level of participation in the sadhana is welcomed, whether you want to chant along or just sit and listen. The sadhana describes basic goodness as it relates to individuals and society. Many have found even just listening to be a very moving and inspiring experience.
