    Social Meditation is a practice which creates an environment where people can feel safe and supported while they explore being their authentic selves with other people.

    This event is free and open to everyone. No prior meditation experience needed.

    The evening will include
    • 20 minutes of meditation with instruction
    • Social meditation instruction and discussion
    • An activity in which to practice social meditation
    • Potluck snacks--bring something if you feel inspired!
