    You are warmly invited to join a participant-led study group focused on Lojong, the ancient Tibetan guide for developing compassion and relieving the sufferings of ego. We meet every Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. on Zoom to explore a different slogan. We use Pema Chodron's Start Where You Are and Norman Fischer's Training in Compassion as study texts.

    March 7th:  Prajnaparamita/Point Six Review
    March 14th:  Slogan #39: "All activities should be done with one intention."
    March 21st:  Slogan #40: "Correct all wrongs with one intention."
    March 28th:  Slogan #41: "Two activities: One at the beginning and one at the end."
    April 4th:  Slogan #42: "Whichever of the two occurs, be patient."
    April 11th:  Slogan #43: "Observe these two, even at the risk of your life."
    April 18th:  Slogan #44: "Train in the three difficulties."
    April 25th:  Slogan #45: "Take on the three principal causes."
    May 2nd:  Slogan #46: "Pay heed that the three never wane."
    May 9th:  Slogan #47: "Keep the three inseparable."
    May 16th:  Slogan #48: "Train without bias in all areas. It is crucial always to do this pervasively and wholeheartedly."
    May 23rd:  Slogan #49: "Always meditate on whatever provokes resentment."
    May 30th:  Slogan #50: "Don't be swayed by external circumstances."
