Meditation@33rd on Saturday mornings started in 2012 at the YMCA on 33rd Street as a community outreach effort to bring meditation to everyday life.  It usually consists of a brief check-in and two 15-minute sitting periods, followed by a short discussion to share and reflect on our experiences in meditation.  No previous meditation experience is needed, and meditation instruction is provided as needed.

The meditation group has evolved over the years to become an intimate space for both longtime and new members to be in community with one another.  Newcomers are especially welcome!

Please consider joining us on Saturday mornings 9am-10am ET whenever you get a chance. Find our Facebook group by searching for "Meditation@33rd" and requesting to join in.

Join us in person at Cedarcroft Center, located at 6112 York Road, a block and a half north of Northern Parkway. Please enter using the single door on the side of the building, then take the stairs to the second floor. Parking is available on-site in the lot shared with The Church of the Nativity and Holy Comforter. We regret that this space is *not* wheelchair-accessible, as there is no elevator in the building.

Join us online by clicking on this ZOOM LINK at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday morning
